Cost coverage, estimates and forecasts

Reported and estimated data

• OpenAI: Organization costs API · line items. No project-level allocation or model attribution from line-item costs.
• Anthropic: Admin API cost report. Only categories reported by the cost API.
• OpenRouter: Activity API. Activity history and key scope limit coverage.
• AWS: Cost Explorer. Provider adjustments and reporting delays; API requests may be billed.
• Google Cloud: BigQuery billing export. Only exported billing data; query costs may apply.
• GitHub: Billing usage API. Metered usage exposed by the billing endpoint, not every subscription invoice.
• Vercel: Billing charges API. Reporting availability and delays depend on plan and permissions.
• Supabase: Current plan, compute and fixed add-on estimates. Connection onward only; excludes usage overages and historical inventory.

Missing is not zero

A complete covered day with no reported cost can be zero. Never-synced, missing, failed or provisional periods are unknown. A successful sync timestamp alone does not establish historical completeness. Partial totals state missing coverage; archived account history remains part of its period.

Supabase figures estimate the current plan, compute and fixed add-ons from observed inventory. They exclude usage overages, historical configurations before connection and unpublished enterprise pricing. They are not invoice totals.

USD and BRL

Reported original currencies remain distinct from converted display values. The app uses daily PTAX exchange rates when available; an unavailable rate does not turn an unconverted cost into zero. The public demo uses a fixed synthetic exchange rate, clearly labeled.

Planning forecasts

Forecasts use covered history and show uncertainty and readiness. Short history, missing periods, provider delays and estimates can limit availability. Projections are planning aids, not invoices or promises of savings. Fixed and manual expenses keep their own allocation and conversion basis.
