Who we are
Tallypane runs tallypane.com and its waitlist, and decides how the data described here is used. Write to hello@tallypane.com about anything on this page.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- Which form you used (top or bottom of the page) and the page you signed up from.
- When the link that brought you had campaign tags, their values:
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign. - The domain of the site that sent you, if any (for example
www.linkedin.com), never the full address. - The time you signed up.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To email you once when hosted Tallypane opens. Basis: your consent, given by submitting the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); LGPD art. 7, I). You can withdraw it at any time.
- To see which channels bring people to the list (the page, campaign tags and referring domain above), and to count anonymous visits to the site. Basis: our legitimate interest in knowing where the site is found (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); LGPD art. 7, IX).
Visit statistics and cookies
The site sets no cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you; links are stripped of everything except campaign tags before they are counted.
On your first page in a visit, the site keeps the campaign tags and referring domain in your browser’s session storage. It is cleared when you close the tab and is only sent to us if you join the waitlist.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist, in its São Paulo (Brazil) region. For visitors outside Brazil this is an international transfer, covered by Supabase’s data processing agreement.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the anonymous visit statistics.
We don’t sell or share the list with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until we send the launch email; after that your address is deleted unless you create an account. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@tallypane.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority — for example the ANPD in Brazil or your supervisory authority in the EU.
